On average 18–23 days from request to handover. If the model you want is not in stock, add 1–2 weeks for sourcing.

Can I pay in rubles?

Yes. Settlements are in rubles, with no currency surprises for the buyer. Exchange rate risk at the paperwork stage is written into the contract.
